She has designed and put into production language processing systems for banks, insurers, telecom operators and regulated customer operations, in France, Europe and the Gulf.

No. They work with them. The integrator builds what is specified, the partner makes sure what is specified matches the way your experts decide, and that the result is measured.
How long do they stay?
The length of a pilot journey: three mapping workshops, then eight to twelve weeks to production, then the measurement. Then the next journey, half-time or one day a week.
Which tools do they work on?
