How AOMEGA works with you
Your decisions, your teams, the delivery.
A dual expertise, business and AI, within one team: understand a business intent, assess what AI makes possible, and accompany its delivery through to the result.
01 · Your decisions
Understand your ambition and turn it into choices.
AOMEGA takes the time to understand what you want for the company, assesses what AI makes possible today, and helps you decide with a clear view.
02 · Your teams
Involve the people who will carry the change.
With your experts and your technical teams, the AOMEGA team writes down the way you decide and builds it into your tools. The business lines adopt what they built together.
03 · The delivery
Guided through to the result.
AOMEGA stays with your teams and partners until the result shows in your indicators, then moves on to the next journey.
Our role
Forward-Deployed AI Transformation Partner
An AI partner deployed inside your company, who owns the gap between the demo and production, with your teams, through to the measured result. The term comes from the forward-deployed engineers of AI vendors. AOMEGA applies it to the transformation of a company.
Where to begin
Let us talk about your ambition.
Tell us what you want for your company and what is holding its transformation back today. A precise business journey is a good entry point, though not a requirement.
